Personal opinion - he did a great job with the nose, hair, brooch detail. but he totally ruined the eyes. With all stuff Eternal style is lacking, the eyes are the one thing done right.

Maybe those bracelets are hidden under the fully gloves.
I only noticed such things after decades just like Lead Crow's feather attached on her star tiara/ head band. 
I really don’t understand Tadano implication in this reboot. Settei are underwhelming and at best average / at worst look like bad fanarts (Lead Clow is derpy and seem to have been done in 5 minutes), official art for poster is very generic (even the second eternal poster or the BRD cover are kinda meh), and she doesn’t seem to be heavy implied in the animation process.
And even if she is in charge of the design, animators don’t seem to follow her style anyway (which isn’t a bad thing though but it’s… weird). Are they just paying for using her name ?

To be fair, I feel like Season 3 also barely followed Akira’s designs (for the better, honestly) except for the episodes he was Chief AD which makes sense because he would be in charge of corrections.

To be honest, as derpy as the Season 1 promotional art was at times, Sakou at least seemed to be a bit more creative with her ideas even if the execution was off a lot of the time, I’ll give her that.
Tadano is a pro, she can do so much better than what she’s churning out for the reboot. I’m tired of the same old individual generic Senshi shots. Can we not have something where they’re all interacting with one another in some degree?
