What do you think of crystals Ost. I'm going through a playlist.
To me the main character's themes kind of just sound like generic high school establishing shot themes WITH STRING INSTRUMENTS. Makoto,Chibiusa, Mamoru and Ami [I guess for her and kind of Mamoru it makes more sense] sound like they could all be used for a library. Minako and Usagi's sound kind of happy and social. And Rei has that like ....... traditional Japanese touch to it [I'm not sure what you call that]. It seems like most of them use the same instruments in the exact same ways. I don't think any of them sound bad though I just don't think they stand out.
Moon Prism Power enhances Usagi's transformation for me. I'm alright with Star Power. When I heard the beggining of Tuxedo Mask's theme I was wondering why it sounded to incredibly familiar. Then I realized I heard it while looking for videos in that other animated media thread
Anyways I think the theme sounds like you're getting strip teased in a car or from the shower door on a rainy day. 
"Dazzling world" feels like a normal happy theme. [I mean that in a good way]
"Everyday Is a Wonderland" Makes me wish they had a filler episode at an amusement park.
I swore "Like A Soft Breeze" was another character theme. If you told me it was Naru's I'd believe you.
