Manga Usagi: Honestly in the manga she feels like she could fit into all 4 houses since she's a much darker and more introspective character there.

Manga Rei: Ravenclaw primary, possibly a Slytherin secondary here too.

PGSM Rei: Gryffindor-Ravenclaw combo?

90's Mamoru: Actually feels like he fits into all 4 houses here, he has the flamboyant dramatics as Tuxedo Mask for Gryffindor, plus the cunning & willingness to do whatever it took to achieve his goals of restoring his memory back in Classic combined with being immensely closed off & only opening up to a select few like a typical Slytherin would be, still has his usual Ravenclaw-Hufflepuff traits from the manga here too, the Sorting Hat would find him as difficult to place as Manga!Usagi lol.

Demande: I wanna say Gryffindor-Slytherin for his 90's anime version because he's still ambitious like a Slytherin, but like Fiore he feels way too easily manipulated & just plain naive to be one, so I think he just might be a Gryffindor, his Manga self is pure Slytherin though.

(either versions) has that dark, mysterious Aura around her, her kinda bossy behavior, fire-based powers and as such might fit into Slytherin. But would she get along with the likes of Draco Malfoy? possibly too, sinister dark side and Death-aligned powers to boot.

Another Ravenclaw Candidate for her artistic and musical Abilities, sophisticated Fashion Sense and her elegant and refined Demeanor. Maybe also .

That's all for now, I never watched HP that exactly or even read one of the books, so I'd need to research first to continue.

Maybe Manga & PGSM Usagi but I can't see how 90's anime Usagi is brave enough to be Gryffindor. Please, the girl who the fandom likes to make a meme out of the old dub's OP saying how "she will never run from a real fight" is Usagi's exact opposite motto in life? lol.

Plus I feel Gryffindor in particular directly contradicts with 90's Usagi's core values, since in that version she's all about peace and pacifism and downright hates fighting.

Manga:
Usagi - Usagi for me is a Gryffindor. She reminds me of Neville. She starts as meek, easily scared and clumsy, but matured into a brave hero over time.

Ami: Ravenclaw. She is classic Ravenclaw as for her knowledge is the biggest power.

Rei: She is hard for me to place. I think I could place her in Ravenclaw as well because she is this poised and graceful girl with great focus and I head canon her as a good student as well.

Makoto: She is brave and strong, but very motherly and carrying, so I would place in her in Hufflepuff because I remember they were described as carrying and friendly.

Minako : Well she is very brave, but also very ambitious and she is quite ruthless at times, so Minako is a Slytherin to me.

Haruka: Gryffindor easily.

Michiru: Ravenclaw is the most suitable.

Setsuna: Also Ravenclaw. She would be Prefect there.

Hotaru: Due to her darker powers and nature, she is definitely Slytherin.

How fun!
Okay, so when I first did the Pottermore test I had little interest in HP and got Hufflepuff.
After reading the series and caring about it more, I tried again later and have consistently received Ravenclaw with my second either being Hufflepuff or Gryffindor. Never Slytherin though. Not even close.

90's Usagi: Hufflepuff/Gryffindor. I choose both since Usagi is both extremely loyal and also, even though she doubts it herself, she is very brave.
If I had to split it by percentages I'd say:
G: 45%
H: 45%
R: 7%
S: 3%

Manga Usagi: I agree she's more well-balanced in the manga.
G: 40
H: 25
R: 30 (Manga Usagi gets bad grades but she is not stupid, just thinks differently. I think anime Usagi does too, but she's more immature.)
S: 10

Ami: Ravenclaw.
I can see her as also being a slight H and maybe a slight G.

90's Rei: Gryffindor-Slytherin (agreed. She's a Gryffindor BUT she has a lotta Slytherin traits. I mean this in a good way.)

Manga Rei: I'm leaning to an almost split between R and S. Maybe even more so with S.

PGSM Rei: Gryffindor-Slytherin, if you ask me. She still gives me the vibes.

Generally agree with your list, though I still don't believe 90's anime Usagi is a pure Gryffindor, at most she's a Hufflepuff-Gryffindor hybrid but I can't see someone who hates fighting at her core and always promotes a peaceful, pacifist approach to be anything other than a Hufflepuff. Plus I mean this is the girl who's entire M.O. is about "the power of friendship,” is friendship and loyalty to friends not Hufflepuff's most important, core value?

Hotaru is definitely not a Slytherin, it takes more than being "dark" to be apart of Slytherin, Slytherin isn't really just the "dark" house, it's more the house of cunning, ambition, and self-benefit; traits Hotaru doesn't embody at all, even in her Saturn form. In truth any of the four houses can be "dark" as each of these core traits all have a dark side to them.

If you meant that she's "dark" due to the fact that she's introspective, might I suggest Ravenclaw as a better fit then?

Minako: G/H

90's anime Minako I can see as a Gryffindor/Hufflepuff combination, but I definitely can't see Manga or PGSM Minako as a Hufflepuff, she's not gentle enough in either of those versions to be one. In those two she's definitely some kind of Gryffindor/Slytherin combo.
