^ The comics and picture books were done by the same illustrators. Many of the picture books are just extended/repurposed versions of the comics it seems.

Yeah that's true since younger people prefer modern art designs now for both anime and manga instead of the older art designs from the 90s, 80s, and before.

Yeah it would be nice if the comics are able to be reprinted and get translated into other languages, but like you said it's not going to happen and the only Sailor Moon related book that ever got reprinted is the manga series.

Crystal isn't targeted at young kids anyway. lol That being said, they could still do so for the childhood nostalgia of 30-something women, just like Crystal itself - for example, there could be a back-of-the-book section in fashion or women's mags serializing Crystal in such picture-book style.
As for seeing a Crystal comic in a woman's magazine, I can see that being a thing and that it would give a lot of nostalgia to the women who read the 90s anime comics.
To be honest, it would be nice if there's a new comic or manga about the Sailor Senshi when they're older, but too bad it won't happen and the only story that shows them being adults is Parallel Sailor Moon.

No Outers, and I guess Iron Mouse and Tin Nyanko got beaten off-screen. Not a very faithful adaptation of the musical, but it's cute and fun nevertheless.
