i've also made a sailor moon oc, i plan on making a new story based on sailor senshi: after sailor moon dies and chibiusa inherits her power, a new team of senshi is formed.

i will make many more OCs but for now i have just her. she is sailor sun (yes how original) and her name is lucy beausoleil.

Hyperion Solaris

He is Queen Serenity's husband/Princess Serena's father.

I made a whole thread about him!

Here are the relevant bites albeit slightly edited.

As far as I'm aware the only time Serena's Moon Kingdom father he was even mentioned in any medium was in Guardians of Order's RPG from the late 90s. There they said that... there was no information about him at all. That he just existed in the RPG isn't much but its a step up from the manga where its suggested that Princess Serenity had no human father.

Where cannon is silent, speculation takes over.

Inasmuch as children draw from both their parents, I like think he was a goofy try hard with a big appetite and a bigger heart who would run away at the sight of danger and run right back if he saw someone in danger. So... a boy version of Serena/Usagi. He made Queen Serenity laugh which is why she found herself attracted to him. Despite his great potential, he was reluctant to aim for anything greater than being a nice guy living his life and helping people along the way. Still it was that very humility that made Serenity realize he was the one.

His name was Hyperion Solaris

To balance Serenity being Selene, Titan goddess of the Moon, her husband is named after Hyperion Titan god of the sun. And this is the reason that the Princess has sun colored blonde hair as opposed to lunarian silver.

So yeah he is a Prince and his royal family is tied to the sun. Is Hyperion related to the Helios family? Perhaps, though by Hyperion's time, the family is fallen on hard times. Its comparable to Albert and Victoria of the UK. Though a prince, Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Goethe was of a relatively minor family when he started dating Queen Victoria.

Inasmuch as kids draw from both their parents, SM's upbeat goofiness comes from her dad and her gentle kindness comes from her mom. And yes, he was a very popular and beloved King Consort. Hyperion was comparable to... Peter Pan in some respects, he never wanted to grow up but as he told Serenity Phoebe Selene, "If it means I can help you help people, growing up won't be so bad."

He left the fancy speeches to his wife while he took local kids to candy shops and then to the park where they could play Frisbee games* thus endearing himself in everyone's heart. His kindness and genuine charitable work (think a boy version of Princess Diana) mean that the whole solar system loved him. Alas, he died shortly after little daughter was born. That's because his sister-in-law Nehelania Hecate Selene** sought to harm the newborn Princess Serenity Angelique Selene and he died protecting his little girl.

Queen Serenity lost her husband to death and her sister to imprisonment that day. All she had left was her little Serena... who bore her father's golden hair. But yeah, when Serenity died at the fall of the Moon Kingdom, Hyperion was there welcome her to the afterlife. Now, they'd be together forever.

*In my fanfic, I say SM got her tiara/frisbee throwing skills from her dad!

I had this idea of the U.S. Intelligence Agencies noticing some of the big fights in Sailor Moon and getting combat data from them. This is far more prevalent in the anime continuity rather than the manga one (my essays are in the Manga one) since many more big fights in the anime continuity happen on Earth. There would be, in the anime continuity, data from Princess Serenity vs. Super Beryl, Wiseman fight, Pharaoh 90 fight, and most impressively, Eternal Sailor Moon vs. Sailor Galaxia and Winged Serenity vs. Chaos Galaxia.

So the end result would be a Captain America/Perfect Cell esque contingency from all the combat data and turned into the ultimate anti-Sailor weapon. Pretty dangerous. I think he would challenge the Sailor Guardians to a tournament, and then back off once beaten to have the chance to analyze that data too.

What would the name be? "Contingency?"

(There's a joke whether or not his clothes would disappear upon reaching Final Form. I don't think so...)

Interesting! I actually had a similar thought... except that it was SM that had the idea for the contingency.

After the last fight with Galaxia, the Sailors faced a challenge far greater than saving the world. Yes, it making the world worth saving.

They're not kids anymore and its time to grow up so they go and introduce themselves to the world and go about doing good deeds. Y'now fighting random monsters around the world, helping out after natural disasters... but part of that is that SM thinks to herself, "I can afford to be trusting because protecting the people is not [legally] my job, I'm just being nice..."

She then goes to the Japanese governments tells them everything and, "Government, it legally is your job to protect the people... from anything or anyone who would hurt them. I don't plan on ever turning evil but..." she remembers Galaxia "...If something ever happens... do whatever it takes to save the world, even from a Sailor."

The Japanese government man silently nods, and they never speak of it again. Yet even as far into the future of Crystal Tokyo, the government has whole teams and labs and giant robots or whatever as part of the contingency. So yeah the Crystal Tokyo government spends trillions looking for ways to kill NQS if it ever becomes necessary and they are confident they could succeed.

I also had an idea of a "King Demande". (This is 90's Anime Prince Demande's father.)
This is not confirmed by any canon materials, but my theory is that Prince Demande was placed on the throne of Nemesis by a higher power (Wiseman most likely, or some other chaos-related entity?). This is why he is a prince and not a king.
By extension: his parents died early partially due to Wiseman's influence to get an easily controlled head of state (perhaps having them die against the future Sailor Senshi?)

This King Demande was killed by the future Sailor Senshi when he attempted to attack Earth, wanting to take it back for his people who were banished to Nemesis. It is likely Wiseman set up his death, probably wanting an easier-to-control head of state for Nemesis.

I love seeing fan characters! I'm a bit obsessed with them myself.

My first one was a Sailor Sun made in high school, but I didn't do much with her, my first proper OC though is the one featured in my profile image - Sailor Fortuna. My other big ones are Sailor Meida, a makaijuu alien set in my friends headcanon lore for them, and my Sailor Corundum Crocodile, a character for the deviantART ARPG the Crystal Animamates. I have several more minor ones too though, all of them can be found on my Toyhouse here, though you do have to be logged in to see them.

Thanks to the motivation of Aelloblu, a big fan senshi lover, I have worked on some websites for a few characters:

Fortune's Favour is dedicated to my Sailor Fortuna, and side characters related to her, though I don't have a full current bio for her because I'm in the process of re-working her.

Edionan Blossoms is a site dedicated to my friends Edionan Headcanon for the Makaijuu aliens for Sailor Moon R, and I've filled it with a lot of OC profiles since it is a collaborative one. You can find my Sailor Meida there if you're interested. Also there are a few picrews we've made linked there if anyone wants to play around with making an alien OC ^^
