The shop apparently opened back in 2017 and still works. And yes, it took just five years for somebody from a Sailor Moon forum to finally notice that there exists a whole store in Japan dedicated exclusively to Sailor Moon. Because I searched and didn't find any threads or mentions about it here.

No one talked about it on here because it's unmemorable.

I went there during my last trip in 2020. It's cute but the merchandise is insanely overpriced and totally unmemorable. They do run a lot of promos though and very English speaker friendly.

The merchandise I see when I visit my city’s Asian district is also insanely expensive. Not that I buy them.
