Why hack? If you are a fan, you buy the product. You don't go to a bakery to steal a loaf of bread, you buy it. By hacking you harm your passion and the series.

I don't know for the United States, but in France, piracy has done a lot of damage to the point that publishers are releasing fewer and fewer titles and prefer VOD.

Piracy is bad but nothing new to the world and seriously doubt Sailor Moon is hurting from it since the majoritybof profits come from actual merchandise sales of the various products.

With that said, I'd wait till June. The only way I'd download it is if somehow in an alternate reality they said the Netflix premiere for June 3 would have to be pushed back.

I would download it and watch it right now but that wouldn’t prevent me of rewatching it non stop on Netflix and buying the Japanese BRD, so I would have like zero guilt ^^
With all the goodies and sh*ts we all bought the 25 last years, I think the franchise is more in debt to us than the opposite, really.

I miss the glow effect of this attack that it had in the 90s anime. Here it looks a bit like green paint instead of green water.

I totally agree- Neptune looks like she’s channeling a bunch of toxic sea waste - it looks awful.

I was fine with the cgi effects, but the cgi models in s1-2 were the thing that killed it for many people. And we can see in Mercury attack they can make a nice looking water in 2d

As for season 1 and 2, season 4 will keep the same names. And we will also have the French translations for "Circus Dead Moon". The attacks and transformations will also be in French version.

Yeah, they did for s 1 and 2. I'm sure as they keep the voices they will keep the rest of it as is, calling Mamoru Endy for example. I guess keeping the voices might indicate season 3 might finally get dubbed in French as well.

Season 3 (French Dub) was released recently.
If all goes well, we will have it in France in a short time. ^^

I was rewatching the first two season in bluray, back in the day I used to watch it on my 15inch laptop but now I was watching in my 42" 4K TV and the models were not THAT bad as I used to remember. The problem for me was the shading, something more like celshading style (with a strong lineart effect) could have helped + the transformation scene fps were not even constant, like mars for example, it goes like 24fps but in the fire effects looks like it was rendered at 14fps or something lmao
