Silver Alliance: real term or fan term?

What it says on the tin.

I've been reading fanfics again and a term I see now and then is "Silver Alliance." It refers to the world allied to the Moon Kingdom. Its catchy and if there was a formal compact between the worlds it would need a name. However, is this an actual term used by any medium or is just a made up fan name?

Never heard of it before. Likely a fan term.

The "Treaty of the Silver Millennium," on which such an alliance would be based, also sounds as great as the "Silver Alliance."
