I always liked the idea that the current earthen born Senshi and the Silver millennium senshi are not the same person.
And that the Silver Millennium they had been told about was a lie!
That Silver millennium was not a peacefull or ruled by the gentle hand by the Moon Queen Serenity. But there were countless empires that ruled and protected their realms (planets), and that the alliances where frail peace between each faction. And the senshi's of the silver millennium where princesses that fought ruthless battles to protect their homes.

That does remind me of this fanfic The Queen Chapter 1, a sailor moon fanfic | FanFiction where there are alliances often bound by marriages between planet royalty.

This seems like your usually dark "deconstruction" fic which again isn't appealing.

The Sailor Senshi are the same person and their past life selves and The Silver Millennium was mostly a very peaceful Empire.

Sorry that you don't like the idea I had for an AU. I only wanted to share my idea and sorry that is just another deconstruction fic. I just thought it would be fun to have the senshi and their past selves are not the same. Because they are raised in different enviroments.
I know I was harsh when I said that the Silver millennium Senshi despised their reincarnation. But they all have different relationship with their reincarnations. But they are tired that the earthen senshi loses their battle. And it's all thanks to Sailor Moon that they even win their battles. To make it worse. They are even after Sailor Moon in power.
They are not needed anymore. Sailor Moon or Princess Serenity could take care of herself. So now they want to test the girls if they are worthy of being Sailor senshi. Or should they lose their powers forever
And yes this AU plays out in the 90s verse.
