She is reincarnated. Her Star Seed is in Galaxia's hands. Even though his brilliance is gone, her Star Seed is not destroyed in the black hole.

Naoko simply references Elysium as many authors did throughout human history, e.g. Shakespeare, Cervantes.

Each represents an asteroid or dwarf planet. Ceres is an actual dwarf planet located between Mars and Jupiter in the inner solar system. Read act 49. They were dormant in the Amazon jungle before Nehelenia found them and they explicitly say that they are Chibiusa’s guardians.

Probably a good time to borrow Chibiusa and have her bring along her Pluto device to alter the thoughts of people who had doubts about Hotaru, or for that matter, Haruka and Michiru acting essentially as if they had married each other and jointly own things like a house. And become eligible for some child rearing tax credit without getting questioned by the revenue department.

Amazon in this context could also potentially be a reference to Greek concepts of Scythia on the plains of Ukraine and Russia.
