The animation is so fluid and I really love the choreography. I feel the legs could be slightly longer but that’s about it.

He’s also working on Cosmos, right? Toei should have given them a bigger role than a ‘small part’ (his words) since I’m sure he’d give a 100%.

I like to think there‘s no civilian form of her. I imagine her to never take off her fuku. This also somehow means she doesn‘t need to transform.

Yeah, I imagine she is just a goddess by that point. She can disguise herself, shapeshift into a child and probably alter her clothing, but I doubt she requires a total transformation as Cosmos...which would be disappointing if an anime around her was made.

Then again, if she's a reincarnation of Usagi maybe she's still required to. Or I guess she could have had her first and only time transforming.

But she's donning a non-Senshi outfit at the beginning of that clip, before her transformation. And by "civilian form," I meant her w/e form before her transformation - if she had no such form, she wouldn't have transformation in the 1st place, like you said.
