Hey everyone! While the true pilot is found, i still want to continue as I've already put so much into it. This is the first trailer for my Toon Makers reanimation project! I want to take this relic of 90's lost media, and do my best to give it another chance. While I would never replace the original Sailor Moon, this alternate universe had a lot of potential. What if they had more time, and a better budget? Let's find out!

Goals:
*improved animation/TLC
*more interesting dialogue that better expresses the character's personalities
*patch up confusing plot points
*dive more into sailor moon/Darien's relationship
cool action scenes i unno


*shrug Animation is a very time consuming process, and i'm working on 2 big projects by myself. I want everything to be the best it can be, so please bear with me!

"So i was actually using the eyedropper tool to pull the exact colors off the cels, but they may have been scanned in kinda dark, so that's what I picked up. I'll probably go through and fix it later "

Hey everyone!

For some time now, I have been quietly working to recreate the animated segments of the Toon Makers pilot, with improvements in voice work, correcting plot holes/confusion, and some small redesigns. Unfortunately, I do not have much experience in backgrounds, and the workload is intense already. I want this project to be the best it can be, so I'm looking to hire a background artist that can replicate early 90's aesthetic.

*Note: I love the original anime, and am by no means claiming this is superior. I view this as a multiverse thing, not to replace anything*

I have most of the voice work, but am still looking for Sailor Venus, and Queen Beryl.

Venus- She is hispanic in this version and would love the voicework to match. (but not required)

Beryl - Raspy evil villain, If you can match the original that would be awesome.

If this fan production would turn out to be successful, Netflix should take note & seek Takeuchi's approval ( ) to produce an official one.

I believe Netflix already tried and possibly is still trying to negotiate with her.

Netflix adapted Yu Yu Hakusho, One Piece and a lot of other titles… why would Netflix not want to adapt Sailor Moon?

Disney tried to adapt Sailor Moon, too, and she mentioned receiving an Hollywood offer back in the 90s…

To date, the only adaptation she approved and felt happy about was PGSM.
