Two episodes; the one that was CUT originally with Usagi going to the beach with Ami and Rei. They get stuck in a "haunted house" that actually has nothing to do with Beryl this time (I love eps like this tbh) Ami befriends a young psychic girl who is causing "the ghosts". It's wholesome.

Second one was Nephrite targeting a young animator working on the Sailor V movie.
What do you mean Japanese junior high kids can work at an animation studio!? I CALL BS. NO WAY IN HECK!!!

And next week's episode is when Usagi dances with Tux and has her first kiss.

I’ve seen Sailor Moon on Toonami (on Adult Swim) but I haven’t watched it there…Yet. (Might watch it to pass time until King of The Hill comes on)

I’m annoyed that we didn’t get the second version of the opening or Princess Moon for the ending. Also, I wonder if season 1 does well that they’ll end up airing the rest of seasons?

I think since Toei spoiled the 5th guardian, Venus, when it first aired in episode 27, maybe Viz is going to keep the first version until episode 34 or 35, after Venus is revealed in episode 33 & Princess Serenity in ep 34, to switch over to the 2nd OP with all the Senshi, PLUS Princess Moon ending. Makes sense for Viz to give the show some more love.

We'll keep an eye out in 2-3 weeks to see if they follow through with it.

But, that's just me, if I'm with Viz, working to deliver the edited masters to Adult Swim.

Speaking of which, I'm sure MANY of us will be figuring out how will Viz edit the final episode for broadcast. Gonna be interesting when it airs around May 29, 2026...if the 2-episodes a week schedule continues.

Toei gives them the material and they air it.
They probably didn't get the second OP/ED to begin with, it's not like CN is lazy to 'change' anything. Toei used to do this a lot back in the 90s, the first dubbed version of Princess Moon dates back to 2011 (Hebrew dub).
