In PGSM there is a special episode about Mars and Jupiter. It's very good and outside of that I only remember Crystal having a brief interaction between Mars and Jupiter while Rei was training.
It would be nice if we had more episodes that features two Senshi together who defeat the monster or whatever.
I think I've seen Ami and Minako together maybe once...but that was for something like study help I believe. I almost have never seen them together. They are like polar opposites.

P. S.: Now with the Passing of 24+h and in Retrospect, wouldn't something like a Terran Eclipse be more appropriate to learn about? I doubt one can actually properly watch a Lunar Eclipse if you're living on the Moon.

I think Ami and Minako have such an interesting dynamic because of their opposite personalities. They deserve(d) an episode!

I think there wasn't much of a possible dynamic for post-Junichi Sato Minako and Ami other than "gurllll you have to study harder", and Ami already scolded Usagi enough for that.
Even in battle. Venus Love Me Chain, Minako's most used attack, wasn't much of offensive ability, just like most of Ami's. They would probably die if a MOTD caught them alone.
Rei and Mako, on the other hand, were both too outspoken and powerful. They definitely worked better than Aminako, but in real life they surely would be bickering a lot because they both are unwilling to take crap from anyone. And they gave other people crap on a regular basis. Mako always called Natsumi/Ann out on her [BLEEP], and even openly criticized Usagi quite a bit during the series' beginning. Rei doesn't need context tho
