Okay let's not panic, maybe they can reach some sort of agreement? Or who knows, maybe this Toei's doing.
It often says what party toke down the video.

Because it's a non-profit parody and is in no way a threat to them financially? I can understand blocking someone from putting actual episodes of the show on Youtube but it's a fan made gag dub that compresses the length of an episode to 5-12 minutes.

So I'm pretty much done supporting the new dub and will just go back to watching the Dic dub again.

Please don't, you won't be helping yourself and you won't be making a difference.

Also it doesn't matter if it's a gag dub, they're still using copyright footage. Now I do agree it does suck that videos like that are taken down, but it's nothing to be surprised about.

I watched one of their videos, and it didn't seem to me like they were committing any copyright infringement.

Their videos felt more like a spoofing or parody.

Agreed! Much like DBZ Abridged and new episodes are still being made or aired. I can't wait until they do Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan. It'll be freaking hilarious. With that said however. If either Viz or Toei's taking down SMA, what's to stop Funimation or Toeing the same thing to Team Four Star and DBZA or Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged for that matter?

There are limits to the amount of content that can be used for parody.

They are very funny parodies like, Nearly died watching some of the episodes., Especially the radio one where Haruna has a heartattack and Usagi wishes her dead.

What about the one where Queen Beryl says to Nephrite: "Neflyte, you're the next contestant on the Negaverse Is Right!"?

Don't worry
They'll come back
They ALWAYS come back....
No seriously they'll put them under something else to use it if needed.
Viz is great but parody's aren't illegal really. If that was the case EVERYTHING Sailor Moon would be off the internet and that's not happening. Ever.

Sometimes it's the result of trolls or bots that report these videos. Problem is YouTube officials don't bother checking if the reports are official.
