Even if the 90s anime Galaxia was highly consumed by the Chaos , the good part inside her could avoid that the chaos could have had made worse things.

The chaos power can separate a sailor senshi from her star seed and put the mind control bracelets on her without the permission of the sailor senshi , so sailor galaxia had this power as well , but her good part made that she couldnt use that power . thats why galaxia just puts bracelets on the senshi that allow her to do so. If galaxia would have had been mixed completely by the chaos , like in the 200 episode , or if the chaos wouldnt have had been inside the body of sailor galaxia since the very beggining then she would have had came to the earth with an anormous army of all the sailor soldiers that she killed.

The soul of galaxia couldnt defeat the chaos but she could aligerate the things and avoid something worse.

None of the big villains are fragments of Chaos in the 90’s anime.
No, they're servants of the Negaverse!

Hey wait, I got another one...

Haruka/Amara's is a daddy's girl and daddy was a macho meathead

The beauty is that that it can work for both the present and the Silver Millenium.

See, her mother Mrs Tenoh/the Queen of Uranus died when the child was a baby and her father, Mr. Tenoh/King of Uranus stepped up. He loved his baby girl and swore then and there amidst tears that he wasn't going to be dad she never saw. No, he would be there for her every step of the way, every birthday, every holiday, every event!

Yes, he raised her personally, no babysitters/nursemaids. He raised her as best he could but as he was a macho meathead, he raised her like a boy. That's why Haruka/Amara only wears boy's clothes, has short hair, likes fast cars, and so butch. When she fixes her car, she remembers her dad!

And Pluto too? If so, wonder how those three Outers come to our world. :)
Neptune and Uranus were born on Earth as regular human beings.

Michiru recovered her memories through dreams (she is a psychic) and then helped Haruka recover hers. Source: Drama CDs, Stars.

That's true, & so both of them are supposed to have parents in our world, just like the Inners & Saturn. As for Pluto, since spacetime isn't a barrier to her & she can just appear at any, perhaps even multiple spacetime coordinates she chooses, she wouldn't need to be born by parents in our world at all in order to appear in our world. lol

Hence, my comment. I wonder if Michiru and Haruka woke up one day and told their parents: “goodbye, we have a Queen to protect and serve and we’re getting emancipated.” :?

My headcanon is that they come from dysfunctional/broken families & are estranged from their parents. :)

... This all leads to the idea of where any of the Sailor's parents are in this. :(

I don't know if its just me or because I had an especially close relationship to my own parents but I was always disappointed that the Sailor's Earth parents never learned the secret. With how they never seen in Crystal Tokyo... do they go to their graves never knowing the secret? I mean they're the parents, how can they not be told!

A good example is this, a detailed analysis of [a] Robin's relationship with his father. Often, Batman recruits orphans and adopts them. After all, if they're "his" kids, he can do what he wants with them, right? Except with Tim Drake who had living parents when Batman chose him to be the next Robin. So yeah, he (like Luna) recruits a 14-year-old to serve as a child soldier without once bothering to tell the child's parents. Either Jack Drake/Ikuko Tsukino is rock stupid neglectful or Tim/Usagi is really clever (or both...) but the parents never put it together and think Tim/Usagi is just an ordinary kid and surely not facing murderers, psychopaths, mad gods, and monsters. Heck no!

I can easily imagine Mama Tsukino slamming Bruce Wayne Luna into a wall and saying...

My head cannon... more of alternate history really...

Seasons 1-2, they decide amongst themselves not to tell their parents but after Serena/Usagi's experience with Chibi-Usa, she knows she has to tell Mama Tsukino. The feeling of overwhelming love and not for a nebulous "world" but for a person, who grew or would grow in her womb, her flesh and bone... to hold that child and then and only then know what love truly is.

She is trembling in Darien/Mamoru's arms and whimpers, "When I held Rini in my arms... is this what my mom feels all the time?"

It is and she knows she can no longer hide the secret. She has to tell her parents and urges her friends to do the same.

Lita/Makoto has no living parents so she has nothing to say.

The other parents are dumbfounded or even terrified by the idea that their daughters place themselves in danger as superheroes... worse, that as the Sailors are the reincarnations of someone else's kids that they (the Earth parents) can't call them daughter anymore. It of course is resolved for the best.

Mama Tsukino: Darling, I don't understand everything that's happening but I understand enough! You are my daughter and we will face this together.
Serena/Usagi: [wipes a tear] I have two mothers now, and both are queens!

So...

...yeah!

^^Usagi has a lot of explaining to do to the Tsukinos.

Not one, but two minors deliberately hypnotized the family.

Usagi’s mother eventually becomes as much of a mother to Chibiusa as Usagi is—not to mention Chibi Chibi.

The Tsukinos are just being used for the grand scheme of the Moon Matriarchy w/o their knowledge, kinda like the brood parasitism of cuckoos. lol

Ikuko Tsukino could file for parental rights to re-gain full custody of Chibiusa on the grounds that:

(1) The Tsukinos gave Chibiusa their family name and a safe and decent home for Chibiusa to live in.

(2) Chibiusa’s parents utterly failed to protect Chibiusa and Chibiusa was captured by what appears to be an evil alien and corrupted by evil.

Headcanon: All the parents of the Sailor Guardians are fully in support of them at least by the Crystal Tokyo era except for Rei's father.

Corollary: since Crystal Tokyo knows how bad of a person he is, he defects to the USA when he is given the chance. This, however, does not help the Americans much.

"The CIA had the Hino fiasco. This was an international incident where the CIA tried to recruit defectors from Crystal Tokyo to gather intelligence. The only one they succeeded at was Dr. Hino, father of Rei Hino. This came at great expense for little results, for he knew very little useful information and was in it primarily for his own personal power. Little was gathered, and when Crystal Tokyo found out about the operation, it damaged national ties"

Rei's dad would eventually become the head of the ruling Democratic Liberal Party &, hence, the PM. Rei would follow his path & become a politician & eventually the head of the opposition alliance, vowing to depose him in the next general election.
