I like to think that they use the Moon and the ruins of Silver Millenniun and the Command Centre as a hangout for when they need to do something away from home. Maybe Ami setting up experiments, a makeout spot (or more) where others including their parents and grandparents won't find, practicing the violin, storing things like women's magazines and photos of celebrities they like, sparring practice, just their own little properties that won't set you back $500,000/month like a 30 m² apartment in Vancouver will. Silver Millennium would be the inheritance of Princess Serenity anyway, its hers to own and use as she wishes.

Some are debatable since some think it wasn’t really anything at all, but:
  • Rei and Mamoru being girlfriend and boyfriend
  • Rei still having feelings for Mamoru plus showing subtle hints of it until Stars arc
  • Usagi subtly trying to break up Rei and Mamoru by trying to pitch Yuichiro x Rei to Rei and loving to accuse Mamoru of cheating on Rei with Yumemi so that she can go back and tell Rei.
  • This one shouldn’t be a headcannon since Luna says it herself that Usagi was jealous of Rei and Mamoru going on a date, but there you have it. It’s reaffirmed when she dresses up as the Jealousy Ninja of Love because of their history that originally bothered her

Adding into that:
  • 90’s anime having multiple or at least more than one timeline
  • 90’s Queen Beryl was not only power hungry, but horny for Prince Endymion other than just for some political move. Didn’t love him tho. Just wanted him because he was unattainable
  • Nephrite’s and Mamoru’s slight interaction hinted towards their past lives rather than present

There's some still cling on to:
90s Anime:
Galaxia's sealing Chaos happened the same time Serenity killed Queen Beryl and once her body took over and she sensed Serenity's powerful Starseed/Crystal, secretly lead the Doom Tree toward Earth in order to have the Senshi reawaken their starseeds while she bides her time collecting most of the galaxies' starseeds.
Sailor Moon Super S, if it was canon (and ignoring the fact that the three Outers haven't upgraded to their Super outfits), is placed between Sailor Moon's first awakening as Eternal and before the effects of the mirror shards on the infected humans, Tuxedo Mask included, with Hotaru being one of the kids taken by Badiane and her minions, hence why Sailor Moon can't go Eternal which is why she is not in the movie.

Manga:
When Mamoru got hit by Galaxia's attack, this also caused the Shitennou's gems that Mamoru always kept to shatter and break, destroying the last remains of the Four High Kings with no way to ever revive them.

That's a nice one. I'd used the Command Center for personal stuff if I was them

Wow, that's a sad one. Realistic though
