I voted for Chibimoon, but I'd rather see Chibimoon's daughter as Sailor Chaos.

That would be terrible for Usagi. Choosing to maintain everything as it was while in the Cauldron, would determine her marriage to Mamoru and the actual birth of Sailor Chaos.

Philosophically speaking, that's only a very natural outcome, because Cosmos & Chaos are actually a part of one another, like the yin & yang:

In the same vein, that "pregnant" Sailor Chaos seen in the Cosmos movie is probably having a Chibi Sailor Cosmos inside her womb.
