Pretty self-explanatory: What (female) villain would you like to see get the Cruella/Maleficent/Wicked you-thought-she-was-a-villain-but-actually-she's-an-antihero treatment? (And, I guess, what male villain would you like to see get the Joker treatment?)

Kaolinite would be interesting because it can also be about how the death busters became to be. Like how did the people became the witches 5. I can see at least 2 episodes going into the lives of each person in witches 5. Maybe an episode where it takes place in the lives of random students in the school the death buster took a hold of. Maybe it can go into why Kaolinite loves to professor so much. Beryl would be cool for a few episodes or a short manga run.

Let's be real the Cruella and Maleficent movie were just Disney's version of Gregory Maguire's Wicked especially the musical which is to me the best version. They all ready did their own version of it with Frozen. Elsa is basically Elphaba even voiced by Idina Menzel and Glinda is Anna etc.

The difference is Wicked was actually a good even great story and Elphaba being revealed as a more heroic but mentally tortured person who became the villain on The Wizard of Oz makes sense and especially since the books talk about the foul stuff the Wizard did especially to Ozma that was just handwaved later. Maleficent and Cruella were just bad stories. Maleficent especially, the thing I liked about Maleficent was that she was this Satanist Black Fairy/Witch really the leader of The Disney Villains and a kind of Pope of the Devil. Just a cool character. Though as for Cruella to me Glenn Close's version was awesome and I loved the one on Once Upon a Time.

No villain deserves to be ruined this way. 90s already did it for Nehellenia way before Cruella and in a way more subtle. Ctuella is absolutely horrible film. They are ruining not only the princesses but now the iconic villains as well. Is it really "Girl Boss" the only way you can e pand on your female characters, Disney...

Queen Beryl but not in the way that Cruella movie handled the title character rather her to be a tragic character of unrequited love minus the anti hero aspect but just a peek at how she became the way she is
Esmeraude. Lady just wanted royal D

Maybe Queen Beryl? I mean, she was bad but she was also a victim herself. Metalia took adventage of her jealousy towards Endymion to turn her into a monster. And the same happened in her reincarnation, where she was supposed to live like a normal woman. Which is funny because of how easily she broke Queen Serenity's seal.

I would like to see Queen Nehellenia. She does get a pretty fleshed out backstory (in comparison to other villains in the 90's anime) but the whole thing could be expanded on and made creepier. What she does to her citizens is freaky. Watching Wiseman slowly drive her crazy... All horror ish themes that I generally enjoy.

Manga/PGSM/Musical/Another Story Beryl is probably the most deserving of it, since it's hard to say whether she was even originally so evil to begin with or rather the hero in her own story fighting for the justice of Earth, whereas Queen Serenity was the true tyrant here.

I also think the concept would work quite well with Manga!Galaxia.
