I'm in my "Dark Night of the Soul" as far as art goes. I was never very good, but I was happy creating. When I started doing commissions and worrying about getting eyes on me, it made me miserable. I used to draw just to draw, write poetry just for me and create stories just to have a world to live inside my imagination...One day I think I'll get back there.

It makes me kind of sad. I'm sure it happened to Naoko on a much larger scale.
As long as you are happy, there is no reason to stop.

I hope you get back to the place that you were.

Guess some fans would also like to say the same thing to Takeuchi. lol
I believe she made it.

Sailor Moon is a cultural icon and the manga became a bestseller upon being released in many different countries and markets… and there is still a demand for art books with her old illustrations from the 90s.

For me, personally, she doesn’t have to prove anything to anyone. Whatever she chooses to do from now on should be for herself and herself only. Personal opinion, of course.

So I guess she's satisfied w/ her current state. :)

I'm a writer, not an artist and I'm still trying to find the day where I'm fueled with inspiration to continue writing a magical girl anime series, they would be shorter books & volumes I feel and include some of my own personality into some of the characters as well.

Light Novel would be the best option for me honestly I feel.

I know this is farfetched but I wonder if it would be interesting to have Naru and Umino know about the Senshi and they work at the hideout. I could really see Ami and Umino working well together.

I want the Opposite Senshi too. I liked them from another story, so seeing them wreck havoc and then having to face off against them would be nice. I think Ishtar, I believe that's his name had some strange animal that morphed into this wild monster. If they had to revisit the old story then Another Story would be the format I would like to choose.

Starting off with a youma they've faced before and wondering where it came from...and then the fun begins.

ChibiUsa and her team has been heavy in my third eye energy waves but I'll let that be.... for now

It's not too complicated. However, that depends on the type of characters and story you want to create.

One of the most important parts is sitting down and doing something, even if it's just a sentence a day. I always tell my bestie, while you're thinking about it, someone is doing it. Lol.
