If you are a fan, French like me, you certainly bought the DVDs in France to support your license that you like, at least for Japanese dubbing.
Nope I didn't buy them because I bought the japanese BRD, DVD, LD, and I speak japanese so I don't really need french subtitles.
You seem to have a personal grudge against the Kaze version, and by the way weren't you that one person who had bad conduct with Kaze french staff at their booth in Japan Expo some years ago ? You share the same nickname.
I'm not defending them, because I don't care about their version, maybe it's bad, but it's still better than the old french version even if there are some mistakes.
Bad voice acting, unrespectful treatment, low budget, and low quality translations = the 90 french dub.

You denigrated the dubbing of Sailor Moon Crystal, when in the end you said you didn't see it ... just clips on Youtube ... Basically you allow yourself to criticize things you don't watch , which you certainly do not buy, basically your intervention does not add anything to the conversation.
Well it's quite easy to have an idea of the general voices without watching all the episodes, mind you. And yes, the general treatment of Kaze was vastly superior to the 90's version (because this one was so low), even if there was mistakes.
Maybe you should watch out your agressive behavior, you take for personal attacks criticizing the 90s version, or even doubted that Yamoon's BRD were legit juste because you had no knowledge of this version.

I don't go to Japan Expo, too many people. Me, what I have to say I say it to the face, when I have Kazé on the phone or on their FB page, I am not hiding behind a nickname on a forum. The proof, Kazé speaks to me very well although I am not a fan of their work on Sailor Moon.

I spoke with the VF staff of Kazé France, the dubbing director, an actress, and so on. Where I gave my opinion politely, and they accepted it. Even the artistic director admitted that the dubbing of Kazé France is not good.

Once again, find out about the budget and Kazé France's work on Sailor Moon, once again you say a lot of nonsense ...

I do not see the report with a topic deleted by the administrators ... You incite rebellion, there. Your post has been reported to the administrators.
You have to do the trash, to find something to complain about ... It makes me laugh.

I don't even understand what you're talking about... rebellion ? Maybe it's because you're using Google translate, it's not a very good idea.
And I saw that thread about Madman BRD before it was trashed in the Cauldron, for your information. Once again, your agressive behavior patern shows up.

Back to the topics: I hope they will keep the japanese ending songs for both parts (and indeed the insert song in part 2).

Stop lying when I saw your nickname connected this morning not even 40 minutes ago you were in the deleted topic ...

Anyway, an administrator to delete everything that has nothing to do with the topic concerned.

that's also an interesting point, it's going to be interesting to see how they "mix" the two movies.

I had seen this thread way before this morning and before it was trashed. And it’s still a proof of your agressive behavior, which makes me uneasy honestly.

I checked the End of Evangelion on Netflix, since it’s technically a 2 parts movie with an ending theme to the first part, and they let the ending in the middle. It’s a different duration than both SME movies but they might do the same ? I wish they would separate movies because I want to see the 2nd movie poster on my watchlist ^^

If you bought the DVDs, in the making of present in the special DVD (SuperS), you have an interview with 4 actresses, you see some dubbing sessions.

In the interview, none of them talks about Sailor Moon.
-> Marie Nonnenmacher (Jupiter) says that she doesn't like the Sailor Moon anime, and that she would see herself in Tom Sawyer (dubbing).
-> Pascale Chemin (Mercure) only talks about the profession of an actor, on the way to double, but no moment on Sailor Moon.
-> Frédérique Marlot (Venus) only talks about Shakespeare.
-> Pauline de Meurville does not talk about Sailor Moon.
Really?

This sounds as bad as FUNimation's commentary extras since they too were known to stay off-topic in most of them.

I'm serious, at no time does it talk about sailor moon. That off topic. Just one who said she hates Sailor Moon and one day she would like to double in her favorite anime Tom Sawyer.

They could have talked about the film, the approach to dub the character or what she doesn't like about her character, but no.

Regarding the adaptation of Kazé France: many errors are present.

-> Frédérique Marlot is wrong in the transformation (episode 175).
-> Isabelle Volpé pronounces the wrong titles, recites sentences that do not mean anything in French (attirés par l'odeur les garçons se sont venus)... Grammatical errors, conjugations.
-> Many VO dialogs absent from the VF track, we add things that do not exist in VF.
-> We talk about the special with the vampire where Bunny does not talk about Korean cuisine (in VO they talk about Korean restaurants), but talks about buying garlic sausage from the butcher ... The report ?
-> In the movie S, not all of Venus' attacks are pronounced correctly. Frédérique Marlot erases all the "R's". Croissant d'amour devient Croissant
d'amou...

It's good to want to spit on French 90, while Kazé's VF which wants to be close to Japanese, in the end is hardly better, or even worse!

You denigrated the dubbing of Sailor Moon Crystal, when in the end you said you didn't see it ... just clips on Youtube ... Basically you allow yourself to criticize things you don't watch , which you certainly do not buy, basically your intervention does not add anything to the conversation.

I'm done with you.

For Sailor Moon Crystal, audiences were not good, because the French are pirates, they preferred to illegally download French episodes.
Canal J stopped the broadcast, while Toei had planned a French dub which were forced to cancel. It comes from the dubbing studio where I inquired at the time.

Regarding what you say about the dubbing which TV channel had broadcast things, they did nothing in the end, because the VF dubbing of SMC is faithful to the original version. They haven't changed the basis. Just the name of Mamoru.
Well I was refer8ng the cutting a bit of episode 13. I am fairly certain. It was the part Metallia is torturing Usagi near the end, and the shadows are screaming.

You had censorship in the TV broadcast, like when Chibiusa points his gun at Usagi, or the end scenes where Black Lady kisses Tuxedo Mask. You had a censored scene, when the nuns are burnt.

But all these scenes are present in French in the Blu-Ray box set. Simply that there are things in France that are forbidden to show: guns, or others. In an animated one it does not pass. The police of the TV (CSA) can stick fines to the chains.

But the dub itself is 100% faithful to the original version.

Yes yes, I was talking about the tv broadcast. I know it is perfectly entact and faithful in the blu ray. I also like the cast, I hope they bring them all back to dub Eternal. I know Usagi and Rei that actually dubs ChibiUsa as well are back so far. It never crossed my mind they were using the same voice to do them both. But I guess as they never actually interact it is fine. Actually this is the first time I realized Rei and Chibi Usa never talked to each other in Crystal so far. I believe they never do in the manga as well. She seem to be closest to Makoto.

In fact, you will find the whole cast of Sailor Moon Crystal in Sailor Moon Eternal, moreover some voices that you heard in season 2 for other characters will return for other characters. There will also be new ones.

I thought you were originally talking about French dubbing for the changes. After the censorship, I found it a bit strong on a pay channel, they could have broadcast in an authorized time slot (generally in France, you have to put at 9 p.m. to be quiet).

I loved the act of the actress who played Black Lady, she managed to release all the resentment of Small Lady without going overboard. In fact the cast of Sailor Moon Crystal is performing pretty well overall.

Pretty much everyone from the Brazilian R-Stars dub is back, except for Moon, Uranus, Pegasus, Nehelenia, Zirconia, Diana and PallaPalla.
Apparently, the actress who voiced Sailor Moon in the first season is back, but as another character. My bet is on Queen Serenity.

Sailor Moon Eternal: Confira elenco brasileiro de dublagem dos filmes | Exclusivo

Don't be fooled by the DiC names, the site is just using them because they don't know what names are going to be used. But it's pretty obvious it's gonna be the Japanese ones, just like every Crystal dub.
