the fic called Wildflowers
it's a horriable story and disgusting... i red it awhile back and forgot about it.. but on a site someone brought it up.. here is why i hate is so much.. i got this from the site..
In the story, Zoisite was married to Naru (princess of the Earth) through an arranged marriage during the Silver Millenium. He abused her physically, constantly beating and raping her, as well as verbally. She gave birth to Endymion, but after Zoisite informed the King and Queen that Naru was abusing the boy, they took him away from her. That is just the beginning.

Not so much a bad fanfic as something of an acid trip: the Sailor Soldiers held a secret vote to kill off Usagi because she was a lousy Moon Princess and Jadeite helps her reincarnate as a youma out for her former friends' blood. I read this thing over ten years ago and remember it mainly because it was so utterly bizarre and surrealistic (not to mention ridiculously long), especially the part when alternate universe Usagis started showing up to battle their evil counterpart, including one who was a fearless samurai.

A very long time ago, I started my own fanfic series that was going to incorporate pretty much every cliche and terrible concept ever into it (Sailor Earth, Sailor Sun, self-insertion, dark ficm etc.). Oddly enough, even though I never came close to finishing it, I still regard it with a certain amount of fondness as what did get done was one of the better things I've ever written because the characters took over the story and dictated the plot. Chibi Moon, Saturn, and Pluto - the first of whom I absolutely hate and the latter two being ones who don't do much for me - actually ended up taking center stage and became central to the plot.

also, any fic where haruka is a man, has the magical ability to become one or is a transgender. no offence to the lgtb community (at all!), but i just hate it when they completely change the characters like that. maybe i have a really strong opinion about her, but i see her as a way too proud gay woman for ever even consider changing genders...
any hotaru-chibiusa fic where they are both kids. seriously....
fics where mamoru is not only a jackass but also a rapist. come on! you can hate the guy all you want, but he throws roses, ok? he's harmless!!! dorky? yeah. cheesy? oh yeah. a rapist?? unless we're talking about some role-playing fantasy thing between him and usagi (and still, very hard to picture it...), highly doubtful...
any fic where any of the senshi is the mean, heartless b*tch or a compulsive cheater. way too ooc for my liking...
fics that are all dialogues and nothing else. or that have author's notes in the middle of it... that just annoys me to no ends...
i'm around fanfiction.net a lot, so i've came across all kinds of lousy fics... and i do mean a lot. but i think all the awards go to an usagi-mamoru fic i read a while ago. the story in itself, though it's an already old plot, is well written (well enough to make me keep going, at least) and the whole "brother and sister that are actually not related but they think they are" thing adds more than one twist to the story. but, and here comes the big no-no, usagi is pretty much a slutt that upon mamoru's insistence ends up marrying a guy who is a twisted psycho who enjoys hurting her, abusing her in all and any possible way, and rapes her. and the guy is none other than seiya.
i know it doesn't sound that bad, but trust me, it was. every single character seemed way too out of character. and it's kinda hard for me to picture a slutty usagi, a psycho seiya and a coward mamoru... like i said, the story in itself was not a complete nightmare, i just can't associate such plot/character behaviour to them...
sorry for the long post. venting a little here...

Looking on the non-hentai side of things, but still being pretty horrific there were two fics I remember coming across. One, was Sailor Moon in Nazi Germany and how the Senshi now have to battle the evil "Hitler" Who's a new power sent by the "Negaverse" and yes, it was "Negaverse in the fic." Then there was another one, which changed all the Senshi's nationalities and names and made them Orthodox Hassidic Jews! Sigh...

Oh man, this is tough. I used to be involved in the MSTing communities and I read some REAL stinkers, either to work on material for the really old eViL rEbO's Rants series, or material I did when I joined the MSTing community proper.
Hands down, THE worst one I ever worked on was the Misery Senshi Neo-Zero Double Blitzkrieg Debacle.
So, how do I describe it? Well, to say it's a Daria/Beavis and Butthead/Sailor Moon crossover isn't nearly enough to get it across. Nor the fact that the entire work is 1MB in size pre-MSTed.
The monstrousity of a plot begins with Daria taking Ami's place as Sailor Mercury. Then it somehow morphs into several strange plots all at once:
1. A nationalistic terrorist organization in Japan steals a prototype war jet and somehow, with a single plane, defeats the entire air force of all countries, blows up most of Japan, and tries to install military rule.
2. Ami's plane is hijacked by a Muslim terrorist (this story was written pre-2001.) so he can crash it into...
3. ...the great Lawndale/Highland football game, which is also the target of...
4. ...a right-wing American terrorist group's attempt to conquer the town of Lawndale, and during the attack...
5. ...Beavis and Butthead kidnap and try to deflower Quinn Morgendorfer while...
6. ...some guy named the Solar Warrior does stuff that is COMPLETELY unimportant and he really could be written out of the story with no impact!
So, I worked on the MST of this, but the sheer size of it and the time I had meant I let a LOT of stuff slide. Things like
1. The Sailor Starlights being summoned to save Sailor Moon's life, as only Sailor Star Healer can save Sailor Moon, whom they call "their Princess."
2. All of the characters elements being wrong.
3. Sailor Jupiter's family being murdered by Russian terrorists.
...and...and...OH MY GOD...this story has a 40-page appendix explaining EVERY SINGLE JOKE! He write PAGES of information on Japanese culture and society and all of it is WRONG! He tries to describe the Japanese Sailor Moon's plot and all the details even though it's obvious that he's not watched a SINGLE episode outside of the dub!
And Daria! Oh my god, Daria isn't remotely funny!
And then there's the militia and and and ARGH JUST THINKING ABOUT IT IS MAKING MY EARS BLEED MAKE IT STOP PETER GUERIN IS A HAAAAAAAACK
