Speaking of Guardian Cosmos I always wondered if she was a Sailor Power Guardian. You know the Guardian Sprites that guard the Sailor Senshi's Sailor Crystals. Though if that is the case wonder why she has a more unique appearance and dosen't just perpetually look like the Sailor Senshi in question just in their Super form even when said Senshi has matured to Eternal etc.
Once more the Sailor Power Guardians make little Senshi in one instance they call themselves the Sailor Senshi's "Other Selves" but then say they are the Guardian of their Sailor Crystals which you would think predate their birth in the Silver Millennium etc.
Likewise in the manga even though the Sailor Power Guardians were said to be the "Guardians of their Sailor Crystals" also in the manga and Sailor Moon Eternal only Sailor Mercury and Sailor Jupiter were given their Sailor Crystals by their Sailor Power Guardians namely Guardian Mercury and Guardian Jupiter respectively. Sailor Mars was given her Crystal by Phobos and Deimos, Minako was given her's by Artemis and the Outers were all given their Sailor Crystals by Sailor Saturn.
So yeah honestly I never liked the Sailor Power Guardian concept in the manga as it makes no sense.

Sailor Chibimoon appears on two covers of the ADV Dic dub DVDs (along with Chibiusa in her S seifuku on one cover and small image of Sailor Chibimoon on the spine of one of the DVDs too). My headcanon is that in a parallel universe that there does exist a version of the 90s anime where it follows the manga very closely and Chibiusa does become Sailor Chibimoon at the end of R.

Here's my headcanon for the manga version of The Four Heavenly Kings and the jewels they became and why they weren't seen again in Stars: When Galaxia struck Mamoru for his Sailor Crystal, she ALSO destroyed the gems that contained the kings' souls inside the pocket that was close to where Mamoru's crystal was located at: The heart, hence they were permanently destroyed and no longer exist.
Some really fun stuff here. I'd never heard of or thought of the theory that Sailor Cosmos is an embodiment of ALL Senshi! I think I like that. I at least want to ponder it more.
As for head cannons of my own...well I have a minor one. I'm currently rewatching the Viz dub of Sailor Moon S and I was, again, wondering why Kaolinite was given so much screen time rather than having the Witches 5 from the beginning or near the beginning, like in the manga. What occurred to me the other day was, maybe the Witches 5 weren't even done yet or at least are very new creations. Crystal shows the Witches being grown in a giant test tube and that's a cool thought. So, in my mind, the Professor allows Germatiod to possess him. He begins his Daemon research and has a few limited successes (such as that thing in Haruka's garage made from a Mugen student). He finally perfects the conversion of his human assistant Kaolinite (sorry if I'm misspelling names lol). I imagine she didn't resist or even volunteered out of love for him and lust for power. Intrigued by her conversion and the creation of perfect Daemon Eggs (hence we now kick off the season by attacking Rei for her Heart Crystal), the Professor experiments with creating human/daemon hybrids from scratch sort of like Frankenstein (Professor Tomoe strikes me as the kind to always be experimenting and pushing the boundaries of science for the heck of it). While Kaolinite searches for the Talismans, he tinkers on the Witches 5 (using different techniques and processes hence creating their vastly different powers) and completes them around the time of Kaolinite's death. Fortunately, this means that he has someone to now turn to for seeking Talismans (his choice of Eudial was probably arbitrary and primarily because she was who he was talking to at the moment).
That went into a lot more detail than I intended but it was fun to write and gives a theoretical behind the scenes look at the Death Busters. I like thinking through these kinds of details

We know Rei's dad is an ambition-driven, cold-hearted politician. His ultimate career goal was probably to become Prime Minister one day. Do you really think he was just going to sit idly by while one of his daughter's friends becomes Queen of the World? I think not. And it's entirely possible Rei inherited her psychic powers from her dad, so his having the power / potential to become Wiseman isn't so far-fetched. Besides, if anime Rei's grandpa can be a Shadow Warrior and Hotaru's dad can be a villain, why not Takashi Ryuuji Hino?

These are my manga head-cannons.
The sailor crystals are truly indestructible. That is because the souls/crystals of mamarou and the sailor guardians were dropped into the cauldron and melted into nothing and they ended reforming inside of the galaxy cauldron instead of no longer existing. Then were used by usagi to defeat chaos.
Therefore the sailor guardians cannot cease to exist ever. There can die but will exist in afterlife form at least.
Another one is that minako and Rei became a full fledged couple in the afterlife in the galaxy cauldron during stars. Hence why when they, mamarou and the other sailor guardians were resorted to life by usagi, you saw them fully holding hands in the galaxy cauldron. The horribleness of what happened to them made their bond full fledged.
Another is that mamarou and the sailor guardians had mental issues after being restored to life. How someone can be vaporized and watch as they turn to ash, then are enslaved while dead, then forced to fight their friend. Then melted into nothingness into the cauldron, someone trying to end their existence. Yeah after coming back to life that can give someone issues. I don’t think they are that bad where they turn evil. They still love usagi and their families and friends but may have issues getting along with other people like naru(not sure how close they were in the manga unlike the anime).
Hence why I have started a fanfiction about their issues and them overcoming it.

Anime Galaxia is actually the reincarnation of Manga Galaxia getting a whole new fresh start, going from a reject Senshi in the manga’s timeline into a Senshi akin to the level of Cosmos, but still having issues dealing with the concept of Chaos and Hope regardless.
See all Sailor Moon versions are connected in one big multi-verse guarded by Pluto and Senshi Star Seeds have the ability to reincarnate from one timeline into another.
